Job summary

SES is partnering with a premier luxury gaming and hospitality destination to identify an experienced Executive VIP Host. This role focuses on building relationships with VIP guests, driving loyalty, and hosting guests at events and property visits.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of VIP host experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and flexibility for off-property events in Nevada. Nevada Gaming Registration and Alcohol Awareness certification are required.

Qualifications

• At least one year of casino host or VIP casino experience.
• Strong interpersonal, telephone, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Organized and able to manage multiple guest needs and priorities.
• Calm, discreet, and solutions-oriented handling of sensitive information.
• Flexible schedules and willingness to attend off-property events.
• Nevada Gaming Registration and Alcohol Awareness certification required.

Responsibilities

• Managing and strengthening relationships with assigned casino players.
• Developing relationships with new VIP guests through outreach and enrollment.
• Driving visitation through targeted calls, events, and promotional offers.
• Hosting guests during property visits, special events, dinners, concerts, and golf tournaments.
• Making complimentary decisions based on player value.
• Supporting event invitation lists, guest requests, credit accounts, and VIP office operations.
