Job summary

Station Casinos is seeking a Casino Service Agent to assist Guests by responding to their needs and inquiries, coordinating with Player Development to arrange services for our Guests.

You will answer phone requests, input Player Development room reservations, follow up on requests, run reports, support Special Events, and manage concierge services for casino Guests and the Player Development department.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Experience in VIP services, front desk, or reservations preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with CMS, LMS, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests by responding to needs and questions.
• Input Player Development room reservations as directed.
• Run department reports and assist with special events.
• Handle concierge requests for casino guests.
