• Identify and recruit Island Passport Club members.
• Ensure enrollment and processing are accurate and efficient.
• Greet hosted players on the casino floor and promote services.
• Maintain awareness of casino services, promotions and events.
• Assist Casino Hosts with guest services for coded players.
• Make sales calls to assigned lists for lead penetration.
• Promote club benefits in all interactions.
• Print and deliver player cards for tracking.
