Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• 1 year hospitality or guest service experience preferred, especially in casinos.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to solve problems quickly.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Windows.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, answer questions and provide information and support.
• Input, update and maintain accurate player information in the casino system.
• Issue Island Passport club cards for members.
• Explain Island Passport membership benefits and property amenities.
• Redeem cash, prizes and comps following department guidelines.
• Meet goals as set by management and maintain promotional knowledge.
• Maintain a working knowledge of promotional systems and point adjustments.
