Job summary

• 6 months experience as a Customer Service Representative II or equivalent in customer service

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit players for Island Passport Club membership and enroll new members
• Ensure player enrollment and processing is accurate, efficient, and professional
• Collaborate with table games staff to increase club participation among players
• Meet and greet hosted players on the casino floor and promote club benefits
• Maintain knowledge of all casino services, promotions and events and assist with host duties as needed
• Use call center resources to contact players and promote specials and trips
• Print and deliver cards for tracking and organize players in the book of business
