Job summary

Treasure Island Resort & Casino in Welch, MN is seeking a Reservations/Call Center agent to handle incoming calls, assist guests with reservations for hotel, dining, cruises and events, and provide top-tier guest service. You will quote rates, input data into the system, and support promotional activities.

The role requires strong communication, accurate typing, and the ability to work in a fast-paced casino environment. A high school diploma is required, and call center experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year call center or reservation agent experience preferred in hotel or casino environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and provide detailed property information, directions, and address complaints.
• Manage reservations for hotel, restaurants, cruises, and events; quote rates accurately.
• Input detailed data into the Property Management System and process advance deposit information.
• Alert Security to potential problems and emergencies.
• Determine guest room numbers, extensions, and provide reservation confirmations.
• Assist in promotional events as needed.
