Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
6 months experience as a Customer Service Representative II or equivalent in customer service sales.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and English literacy.

Responsibilities

Identify and recruit players for Island Passport Club membership and enroll new Player’s Club members.
Ensure player enrollment and processing is accurate, efficient, and professional.
Greet hosted players on the casino floor and provide guest services per standards.
Promote club benefits and use of the card in all interactions with players.
Assist Call Center and Casino Hosts to drive promotions and player trips.
Respond to guest inquiries through written and oral communication.
