Job summary

Signature Aviation in Kailua, HI, seeks a Guest Experience Specialist to welcome guests and crews, coordinate services, and deliver exceptional hospitality in a fast-paced, aviation-focused environment.

This role demands flexibility for varied schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and operating both indoors and outdoors near active aircraft. Strong attention to detail and customer service are essential for delivering Signature’s high-end experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of customer experience in retail, hospitality, or sales is preferred.
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass company background checks and obtain airport security badge.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the jurisdiction of employment.
• Must be able to exercise good judgment and follow directions from supervisor/management.
• Ability to drive standard and automatic transmission vehicles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet guests and crews as they arrive and escort to entrance, aircraft, or vehicles.
• Collaborate with team members and other parties to ensure services are handled promptly and professionally.
• Receive, dispatch, and process guest purchases and fuel transactions following procedures.
• Provide concierge services including hotel reservations, ground transportation, catering, and appointments.
• Manage inquiries, resolve requests, and address concerns efficiently.
• Monitor flights and coordinate services with the Airside Experience Team using SIGops/SIGnet.
• Maintain amenities in guest areas and ensure lobby and restrooms are clean.
• Promote and sell Signature Aviation services and products to passengers and crew.
