Job summary

Signature Aviation in Hawaii seeks an Airside Experience Specialist to deliver an exceptional guest experience while supporting ground handling around active aircraft. You will combine hospitality with hands-on operations to ensure guests feel cared for from wheels down to wheels up.

You’ll operate ground service equipment, coordinate with team members and guests, and maintain safe, efficient ramps in a fast-paced, luxury environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 18+ years old.
• Able to pass airport background checks and obtain security badge.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to conduct airside operations safely and efficiently per SOPs.
• Collaborate with guests, clients and aircraft crewmembers to meet service needs.
• Prepare for arriving/departing aircraft and communicate safety concerns.
• Operate and drive ground service equipment (fuel trucks, de-icing, GPUs, tugs, etc.).
• Load/unload luggage and cargo; provide professional guest service at all times.
• Offer safe transportation when driving shuttle vehicles and maintain ramps.
• Fuel handling, quality control, inventory, and related documentation.
• Follow all safety, security, and guest service requirements; stop unsafe work.
