Responsibilities

• Process teller transactions accurately using ITM machines (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments).
• Explain Huntington services and products to customers and help meet financial needs.
• Perform file maintenance tasks (address changes, account locks, limits, etc.).
• Take ownership of each interaction, with follow-up as needed.
• Complete required compliance and ITM training.
• Seek ways to streamline work and improve the ITM experience.
• Represent Huntington in a professional manner and protect sensitive information.
• Handle additional duties as assigned.
