Job summary

5Point Credit Union is seeking a Teller to support customers with deposits, withdrawals and related transactions. The position includes real-time teller assistance via Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) and requires strong customer service skills and comfort with technology.

Responsibilities include accurate balancing of daily transactions and providing prompt, professional service in English; Spanish language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Fundamentals of quality customer service.
• Currency and check handling knowledge for full-time positions.
• Extensive customer service experience.
• Minimum one year experience handling currency and checks for full-time positions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Must be comfortable with technology devices and services and communicate via video with members.
• Good math skills.
• Ability to operate related computer applications and business equipment and typing/data entry.
