Qualifications

• Experience in banking or customer service preferred but not required.
• Proficient with Word/Excel/Outlook and willingness to learn new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Process a variety of transactions via ITM video, deposits, payments, cashing checks and withdrawals.
• Multi-task across software programs while communicating with customers.
• Provide professional, courteous service and verify the validity of transactions.
• Maintain knowledge of bank products and services to assist customers.
