Job summary

TTCU is seeking an ITM teller to provide real-time video-assisted service to members from a centralized location. You will process a variety of transactions, balance regularly, and stay compliant with banking regulations while aiming to deliver a positive member experience.

Essential duties include operating ITM video transactions, cross-selling using CRM, and assisting both members and non-members with inquiries. Strong communication and confidentiality are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint/Teams and Outlook).
• Ability to learn proprietary software such as Keystone, OnBase, Touché, Concur and Cisco Agent Desktop.

Responsibilities

• Process member transactions via ITM efficiently and accurately.
• Balance transactions regularly and inform supervisor of needs to avoid delays.
• Cross-sell by staying informed on products and using CRM to refer services.
• Provide accurate answers to member questions via Teller Now Video and phone while using available resources.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with Bank Secrecy Act and other regulations.
