Job summary

Ascend Federal Credit Union in Tullahoma, TN, is seeking an Interactive Video Teller to handle on-site transactions via ITMs. You'll contribute to a positive member experience and maintain knowledge of teller and ITM systems. Department hours run 7 am–7 pm.

The role requires 1–3 years of customer service, accuracy in cash handling, and comfort working in front of a camera. High school diploma or equivalent is required, with a driver’s license being preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years customer service experience is required.
• Look and speak professional and be comfortable in front of a camera.
• Must be accurate in teller transactions, including cash handling, and trained on teller operations.

Responsibilities

• Represent the credit union in a courteous and professional manner while processing transactions via interactive teller machines.
• Receive and review checks and cash for deposit to various accounts and enter transactions into systems.
• Identify risk areas for fraud and report findings to a manager.
• Balance and make advances on open-end loans; handle member issues and inquiries.
• Maintain knowledge of ITM, TellerNow, and Active Teller systems.
