Qualifications

• Six months to two years of customer service and data entry experience preferred.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Ability to keep finances in order and balance transactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent member experience at Video Teller machines.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cash advances, and other requests accurately.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy while balancing cash totals.
• Assist Contact Center growth by achieving referral goals.
• Ensure members are promptly and professionally served.
