Job summary

Honor Credit Union in Jenison, Michigan, is seeking a full-time Teller to deliver outstanding member service and handle a variety of transactions with accuracy.

As a Teller, you will process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, money orders, and other requests, while maintaining cash integrity and confidentiality. You’ll engage members to identify needs and support branch growth through referrals. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
• Strong listening and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to follow policies, guidelines and procedures.
• Well organized and able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with processing teller transactions (deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, money orders, etc.).
• Maintain cash control and ensure accuracy of cash totals and confidentiality of information.
• Engage members to identify financial needs and provide effective solutions/referrals.
• Support branch growth by helping achieve referral goals and delivering prompt service.
