Job summary

Five-Point-Credit-Union is seeking a Teller to handle deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other cashier functions. You will balance daily transactions, assist with ITM video Teller center tasks, and support other Tellers as needed while delivering professional member service.

Qualifications

• Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
• Experience: Extensive customer service experience; minimum one year handling currency and checks for full-time roles.
• Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities; comfortable with technology and video communication.
• Other: Good math, data entry, and ability to operate related computer applications and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide a variety of paying and receiving functions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashier's checks, and cash advances.
• Balance daily transactions and verify cash and check totals.
• Perform assigned side-jobs and assist Tellers, including the Live Teller Center.
• Provide real-time teller assistance to members from a centralized location via video ITM and communicate professionally.
• Perform the most complex Teller functions as needed and ensure prompt, professional member service.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with members.
