Responsibilities

• Assist members with teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, money orders, cash advances and other requests.
• Maintain cash and confidential information security while balancing each day's transactions and verifying cash totals.
• Actively engage membership to identify unrealized financial needs and recommend effective solutions.
• Support branch growth by achieving established referral goals.
• Ensure members are promptly and professionally served.
