Job summary

Credit Union of Texas is seeking a Teller Virtual in Garland to assist members via Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) video banking, processing deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and related transactions with accuracy and strong service.

You will assess member needs in real time, recommend CUTX products, stay compliant with BSA/AML and Regulation CC, and collaborate with teams to ensure security and high service levels while using AI-assisted tools under policy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months of teller/cash handling or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with ITM, video banking, or contact center platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with ITM-based transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, check cashing) accurately.
• Verify member identity and ensure compliance with CUTX policies and regulations.
• Document interactions and follow-up in CUTX systems; escalate issues when needed.
