Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum six months of cash handling or financial services experience.
• Prior teller, cashier, or financial services experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and cashes.
• Provide outstanding service and identify member needs to recommend CUTX products.
• Balance cash drawer daily and research discrepancies per procedures.
• Refer members to specialist staff when needs exceed teller scope.
• Maintain compliance with BSA/AML, OFAC, Regulation CC, and CIP.
• Protect member information and follow CUTX privacy and security policies.
