Job summary

Credit Union of Texas is seeking a Teller Virtual to assist members through the Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) platform in Garland. You will deliver accurate remote service, verify identities, process transactions, and stay compliant with applicable regulations and CUTX policies.

Responsibilities include identifying member needs, recommending appropriate products, meeting sales/referral goals, and collaborating with other teams as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in teller, cash handling, or retail service preferred.
• Experience with ITM/video banking platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Attend to member transaction requests via the ITM platform.
• Verify member identity and authenticate transactions.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments.
• Assess member needs and recommend CUTX products and services.
• Refer members to other CUTX teams when needed.
• Maintain compliance with BSA/AML, OFAC, Reg CC, and privacy policies.
• Document interactions and follow up as required.
