Job summary

Credit Union of Texas is seeking a Teller to be the frontline ambassador, processing member transactions accurately while delivering a personalized service experience. You will identify member needs through active listening and guide them to CUTX products, contributing to branch goals.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum six months of similar or related experience.
Prior teller, cashier, or financial services experience preferred.
Prior credit union or community bank experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Process member transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments, and check cashing.
Provide an exceptional, personalized service experience with every interaction.
Balance cash drawer daily and resolve discrepancies per procedures.
Identify member financial needs and recommend CUTX products and services.
Meet sales and service goals set by branch leadership.
Ensure compliance with BSA/AML, OFAC, CIP, and other CUTX policies.
Support AI-assisted workflows with human review.
