Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated professional to assist TurboTax customers in a virtual setting. You will use video tools to provide tax guidance, complete returns, and explain tax terms with clear language. A valid credential (CPA/EA/Attorney) and strong communication are required.

You will work part- to full-time hours, aim to meet KPIs, and participate in ongoing training while helping customers confidently navigate tax preparation and software questions.

Qualifications

• Must possess active unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with tax preparation experience.
• 2+ years of federal and state individual 1040 tax return prep for at least 30 clients per season using commercial software.
• Active PTIN and ability to obtain related state licenses/certificates.
• Willingness to work minimum 20 hours per week and complete required training.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers virtually via video communications software to provide tax guidance and support.
• Assist TurboTax customers with tax returns: advice, full service preparation, and signature.
• Document customer interactions and apply company policies to resolve inquiries.
• Meet KPI metrics and participate in pilots, projects, and trainings as needed.
• Explain tax concepts clearly using government sites and professional resources.
