Job summary

Solutions Management Group is seeking a VSA Solutions Engineer to lead technical consulting and architecture for video security and access control projects. You will assess client needs, design systems, develop proposals, and drive sales opportunities while acting as a trusted advisor on security technologies.

You will collaborate with Business Development and clients to create scalable, integrated security solutions and guide project handoffs to Operations.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and reliability.
• Experience with security systems design, assessment, and documentation.
• Ability to develop estimates, proposals, and technical designs.
• Experience in customer consultations and solution presentations.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical consulting and solutions architecture for Video Security and Access Control.
• Assess business needs, design solutions, and create proposals.
• Generate opportunities and provide technical leadership throughout sales process.
• Serve as trusted advisor on physical security technologies for clients and internal teams.
• Develop standardized solution packages and engineering standards.
• Support Business Development with solution development and client presentations.
