Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Channel Sales professional to drive video solution growth across Avigilon partner networks in the California region. You will empower partners to expand offerings and deliver proactive security solutions to end users.

Collaborate with Commercial Sales Executives, Business Development Managers, Inside Sales, and Sales Engineering to close high-value opportunities and align quarterly and annual targets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of video security solutions sales experience.
• Travel up to 50% within the assigned local territory.
• Relocation provided None.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate deep relationships with Avigilon Channel Partners and articulate product value.
• Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to close high-value business.
• Support regional leadership in establishing strategic quarterly and annual sales objectives.
• Enablement & Operational Support with partner staff training for solution deployment.
• Assist channel partners with order execution, returns processing, and daily account management.
