Job summary
Publicis Groupe in the US seeks a VP of Video Investment to lead strategy and activation across Linear TV, OTT, and digital video for premiere client accounts.
You will build forward-looking investment approaches, partner with Strategy and Analytics, mentor teams, and ensure high-quality deliverables and strong business outcomes while driving cross-functional collaboration and industry leadership.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in media buying/investment/activation with video focus.
- Experience across national and local video.
- Experience with retail/CPG is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead video investment and activation across multiple client accounts from proposal to post-buy analysis.
- Own quality and timeliness of client deliverables and investment recommendations.
- Collaborate with Strategy, Planning, Analytics and other teams to craft investment solutions.
- Support new business efforts including pitches and video investment plans.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, data integrity, and ways of working within the Video Investment team.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, media partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Stay current on evolving video platforms and identify opportunities to apply them to client business.
- Lead and develop team members, manage priorities, and delegate effectively.
- Present recommendations and results to senior clients and stakeholders.
- Participate in forecasting, business planning, and strategic initiatives.
