Job summary

Publicis Groupe seeks a Manager, Investment in New York to oversee media portfolios, guide video investments, and mentor a small team of Video Associates. You will collaborate with clients, negotiate across media buys, and deliver insightful market analyses.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in the media business, video experience preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiating abilities.
• Technical proficiency with the listed tools (Mediaocean, MBox, Nielsen Net Rating, Comscore, AdRelevance, eMarketer, Forrester).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines under pressure.
• Demonstrates strong quantitative and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Own accounts and build strong client relationships.
• Mentor and supervise at least two team members.
• Lead and participate in client and team meetings; build cross-agency rapport.
• Negotiate total video purchases, including digital OLV.
• Oversee development and presentation of media POVs for clients.
• Present ownership issues and marketplace analyses to clients.
• Troubleshoot billing and allocation problems.
• Support research projects for clients and strategy preparation.
