Publicis Health Media is seeking a VP, Video Investment to guide strategy and activation across Linear TV, OTT, CTV, and digital video. You will shape investment approaches for assigned accounts, ensure high-quality deliverables, and partner with Strategy, Planning, Analytics, and other teams to drive measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of media buying, investment or activation experience in video.
• Experience across national and local video campaigns.
• Strong communication and client management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead video investment and activation across multiple client accounts, from proposal development through campaign execution, optimization, and post-buy analysis.
• Own the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of client deliverables and investment recommendations.
• Partner with Strategy, Planning, Analytics, and other agency teams to develop effective video investment solutions.
• Support new business efforts, including pitch strategy, proposals, and video investment plans.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, data integrity, and ways of working across the Video Investment team.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, media partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Stay current on evolving video platforms, technology, data, and content and identify opportunities to apply them to client business.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members while effectively managing priorities and delegating work.
• Present recommendations, strategies, and results clearly to senior clients and internal stakeholders.
• Participate in forecasting, business planning, and other strategic initiatives.
