Job summary

PHM seeks a VP, Video Investment to lead strategy and activation across Linear TV, VOD, OTT, CTV, and mobile for multiple clients. This role drives effective, efficient investment approaches and high-quality execution.

You will guide cross-functional teams, refine processes, and partner with Strategy, Planning, Analytics and partners to establish scalable best practices and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in media buying or investment with strong video focus.
• 3+ years digital video experience: CTV/OLV/OTT/mobile.
• 2+ years people management and client/partner relationships.
• Experience across National and Local Video; Retail/CPG exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead video investment and activation across client accounts from proposal to post-buy analysis.
• Own quality, accuracy, and timeliness of deliverables and recommendations.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Planning, Analytics and other teams on investment solutions.
• Support new business pitches with video investment plans.
• Identify process and data improvements across the Video Investment team.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Stay current on evolving platforms and opportunities to apply them to client business.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members; manage priorities.
• Present strategies and results to senior clients and stakeholders.
• Participate in forecasting and strategic business initiatives.
