Job summary

Publicis Groupe in the US seeks a VP, Video Investment to lead strategy and activation across Linear TV, OTT, CTV, and digital video ecosystems. You will direct investment, measurement, and optimization while guiding teams and maintaining strong client relationships to drive outcomes.

You will stay ahead of evolving video platforms, identify opportunities across technology and data, and help establish scalable processes and best practices in a fast-paced agency setting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of media buying, investment, or activation experience, with significant video experience.
• 3+ years of digital video experience across CTV/OLV/OTT/Mobile/Addressable.
• Experience across National and Local Video.
• Experience in Retail and/or CPG space.
• 3+ years of managing client and external partner relationships.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Strong knowledge of media investment and digital buying tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead video investment and activation across multiple client accounts from proposal development through campaign execution and post-buy analysis.
• Own the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of client deliverables and investment recommendations.
• Partner with Strategy, Planning, Analytics, and other teams to develop investment solutions.
• Support new business efforts including pitch strategy and video investment plans.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and data integrity across the Video Investment team.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, media partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Stay current on evolving video platforms and opportunities to apply them to client business.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members and manage priorities.
• Present recommendations and results clearly to senior clients and stakeholders.
• Participate in forecasting, business planning, and strategic initiatives.
