Responsibilities

• Perform conference room health checks to ensure AV systems are operating optimally.
• Resolve and track support requests and incidents, escalate as needed.
• Support AV upgrades and installations.
• Coordinate with AV vendors as needed.
• Troubleshoot and support Apple devices (Apple TVs, iPads, MacBooks, iMacs).
• Track and document AV inventory.
