Qualifications

• Basic networking and security concepts understood.
• Strong documentation and incident-tracking skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform conference room health checks and ensure systems operate optimally.
• Resolve and track support requests; escalate as needed.
• Support AV upgrades and installations.
