Job summary

A-V Services Inc. is seeking an Audio/Visual/Multimedia Technician to provide on-site support for our corporate clients. The role emphasizes excellent customer service while upholding comprehensive AV skills in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has an Associate degree in a technology-related field or at least 3 years of AV support experience, with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, and familiarity with videoconferencing and IT/AV systems.

Qualifications

Associates level college degree in a technology related field or minimum 3 years of AV support experience.
Ability to operate and troubleshoot most AV equipment and systems.
CTS certification a plus.
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site AV support for corporate environments.
Operate and troubleshoot AV equipment and systems, including videoconferencing and audio-conferencing technologies.
Read and follow AV system flow diagrams and support documentation.
Collaborate with on-site AV team on a daily basis.
Support events such as Town Hall meetings and conference room setups.
