LiveMindz Inc. in Austin, TX is seeking an Audio Visual (A/V) Support Technician to implement and support video conferencing and conference room AV solutions. You will perform hands-on troubleshooting and maintenance to keep systems operating smoothly.

Responsibilities include health checks, incident resolution, A/V upgrades, vendor coordination, and supporting Apple devices. The role requires clear communication across staff and executives and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Qualifications

• 1 year of hands-on AV experience.
• Certified A/V Technician preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform conference room health checks to ensure AV and video conferencing systems are operating at optimal conditions.
• Resolve and track support requests and incidents, escalating to proper support teams.
• Support A/V upgrades and installations.
• Facilitate A/V vendor activities.
• Support and troubleshoot Apple devices (Apple TVs, iPads, MacBooks, iMacs).
• Track and document A/V inventory.
