Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service and perform video banking transactions.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers and RDC.
• Answer questions about accounts and maintain member records.
• Educate members on proper use of ITMs and promote benefits of technology.
• Report malfunctions and assist with technical issues during use of video banking.
• Identify and resolve issues with limited supervision and make informed decisions.
