Job summary

Addition Financial, a member-owned credit union, seeks an ITM RA I to service members via on-screen video at remote locations. You will process transactions, educate on digital banking, and guide members to suitable products while upholding service standards.

Qualifications

Experience in banking or financial services, preferably with video or teller transactions.
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills; able to multitask amid interruptions.
Detail oriented with good judgment and common sense.
Strong listening, oral, and written communication, especially in sensitive situations.

Responsibilities

Engage with members via video to assist with deposits, withdrawals, and inquiries.
Educate members on ITM functionality and digital banking services.
Conduct consultative conversations to match members with appropriate products and services.
Make decisions on check deposit holds and file Suspicious Activity Reports when needed.
Balance cash and ensure ITM cash levels are reconciled daily.
Document interactions and transactions accurately in the system.
Assist in onboarding and training new staff on ITM operations and sales techniques.
