Qualifications

• At least three (3) years’ experience in teller or new accounts.

• Excellent interpersonal skills – verbal and listening proficiency.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, prompt, and courteous customer service.
• Accurate and efficient processing of various teller transactions.
• Answer customer service phone calls and assist customers on a variety of account related issues.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
