Job summary

First United Bank in Texas is seeking a Full Time ITM Teller in our Operations Center. You will process transactions on camera via Interactive Teller Machines and deliver exceptional service.

You'll prioritize client needs, communicate professionally with clients and colleagues, and participate in training while complying with BSA/AML and bank policies. Flexibility for extended hours is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior Teller experience preferred.
• Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality is required.
• Computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft programs.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment with interruptions and minimal supervision.
• Must be able to work flexible and/or extended hours as required.

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions promptly and accurately, on camera, through Interactive Teller Machines.
• Prioritize client needs and provide exceptional customer service.
• Communicate professionally with all clients and colleagues.
• Uphold understanding of all banking products and services, along with company systems and procedures.
• Participates in job-specific training and bank programs, and complies with BSA, AML and bank policies.
