Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business; Master's degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategy roles preferred.
• Experience in Biopharma Services or related pharma manufacturers preferred.
• Strong understanding of strategic thinking, business acumen and analytical methods.
• Travel expectation: 10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy development for the Specialty businesses and align with overall objectives.
• Prepare best-in-class content to support strategic recommendations.
• Anticipate industry evolution and build alignment across stakeholders.
• Identify portfolio gaps and scalable capabilities to pursue.
• Develop business cases including market analysis and economic models.
