• Develop best-in-class content to support strategic recommendations.
• Anticipate industry evolution and identify gaps in the portfolio.
• Determine strategic direction and scalable capabilities.
• Create business cases with market analysis, value proposition, models and launch.
• Prospect for, develop and maintain a pipeline of strategic opportunities.
• Drive M&A processes and oversee post‑integration sustainability.
• Advise leaders on strategic direction and objectives.
• Grow and mentor the Strategy and Business Development team.
