Cardinal Health is seeking a Vice President of Strategy & Business Development to shape growth for its Specialty businesses in the Biopharma Services landscape. The role leads a seasoned strategy team, guiding enterprise-wide initiatives and collaborating across functions to deliver long-term value.

The position requires deep strategic thinking, strong financial acumen, and the ability to manage high-impact opportunities, with travel expected around 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business; Master's strongly preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of strategy experience preferred.
• Experience in Biopharma Services or related pharma manufacturers preferred.
• Strong understanding of strategic thinking, business acumen and analytical methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy development for Specialty businesses and interface with corporate strategies.
• Develop best-in-class content to support strategic recommendations.
• Anticipate industry evolution and align strategic direction accordingly.
• Lead business cases including market analysis, value proposition and economic models.
• Drive a pipeline of strategic opportunities and support M&A efforts from formulation to post‑integration.
