Cardinal Health is seeking a Vice President of Strategy & Business Development for Biopharma Solutions in Dublin, OH. This role leads strategic initiatives across upstream and downstream Specialty businesses and builds a high-performing strategy team to drive growth and value creation.

The role requires a strong background in Biopharma services, healthcare strategy and M&A, with a minimum of 10 years in strategy, and a proven ability to influence across senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategy roles.
• Experience in Biopharma Services or related pharmaceutical manufacturers.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy development for the Specialty businesses and align with portfolio strategies.
• Proactively prospect for and maintain a pipeline of strategic opportunities.
• Drive mergers and acquisitions processes and support integration post-acquisition.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and mentor the Strategy team.
