Gallagher is seeking a Vice President of Business Development to lead client strategies and support for a major book of business. You will guide account teams, develop client plans, and collaborate on renewal strategies while maintaining senior-level relationships with carriers.

The role requires strategic leadership, deep insurance knowledge, and the ability to travel up to 25% to meet clients at various locations. A dedicated license and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
• 2nd option: High School degree/GED with 8+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
• Producer's License required.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Appropriate licensing as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead client meetings and act as main client contact for the book of business.
• Provide proactive support on initiatives delivering value through client plans and timelines.
• Manage difficult client communications including enrollment changes and risk matters.
• Support client retention through positive relationships and image.
