The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, five or more years of experience, and an insurance license. Expect collaboration with senior leaders and a focus on cost of risk and program performance across client portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Manages a team typically consisting of up to 5 Client Services staff.
• May retain Client Service responsibilities for own book of business if required.
• Interacts with all clients under management, including annual in-person visits for largest revenue clients.
• Defines priorities for team with senior leaders.
• Proactively brings recommended solutions to challenging client situations.
• Identifies opportunities for improvement within own book of business and department.
• Develops action plans to address client concerns and mobilize resources across the organization.
• Influences and motivates others through persuasive viewpoints.
• Helps team members identify key client contacts for success.
• Ensures engagement with clients through calls and visits.
• Defines high expectations for service and results across the book of business.
• Understands client goals and ensures high-quality service plans.
• Engages clients regularly to ensure satisfaction with service levels and results.
• Captures results and tracks progress year over year.
• Identifies potential exposures across industries.
• Understands impact of cost of risk on clients' financials and challenges.
