Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced VP, Marketing (Performance Marketing focus) to join our client's growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing websites with significant user traffic and driving sales for physical products through digital marketing channels.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase sales for our physical products.
• Manage and optimize our websites to ensure a seamless user experience and maximize traffic.
• Oversee all digital marketing activities, including paid media advertising (e.g., Meta), SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Analyze website performance metrics and user data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to develop effective marketing materials and messaging.
• Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing.
• Proven experience managing websites with 200k+ users/month.
• Demonstrated success in driving sales for physical products through digital marketing channels, including paid media advertising.
• Experience managing paid media (specifically META) budgets of $800k+ per month
• Must be willing to be hands-on keyboard
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience leading and managing a team of marketing professionals.
• 2+ years of experience of CPG Marketing
• Experience selling DTC physical products that are not household names.
