Santander Consumer USA Inc. seeks a VP-level SCIB Portfolio Manager to oversee credit monitoring, covenant tracking, and lifecycle governance across diverse lending portfolios in Infrastructure, Structured, Leveraged, IG, and GTB exposures.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience across Infrastructure Finance, Structured Finance, Leveraged Finance, IG corporate lending or GTB preferred.
• Strong credit, financial statement analysis and portfolio management skills.
• Experience with spreading tools, covenant systems, loan systems and portfolio reporting tools.

Aufgaben

• Prepare, coordinate and review quarterly and annual credit reviews for assigned portfolios, including financial performance, rating considerations, risk trends, covenant compliance, collateral status and sector developments.
• Perform or oversee credit spreading, financial analysis, variance analysis, leverage/liquidity analysis and borrower performance updates.
• Support rating reviews, watchlist recommendations, exposure analysis and escalation of credit deterioration or emerging risks.
• Monitor covenants, collateral deliverables, insurance requirements and other ongoing obligations.
• Coordinate with Agency, Transaction Management, Legal, Operations and Servicing to ensure obligations are captured and maintained.
