Banco Santander SA is seeking a Vice President to lead portfolio management and credit monitoring for US SCIB lending across multiple sectors. You will drive quarterly reviews, covenant tracking, and governance reporting while coordinating with Front Office, Credit, Agency, and Operations to ensure accuracy and timely risk mitigation.

The role requires 7–10 years in CIB portfolio management, strong analytical skills, and experience with credit administration and reporting tools.

Qualificações

• Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong knowledge of CIB lending, credit analysis, portfolio management, financial spreading, covenant and collateral monitoring, credit documentation, ratings, amendments and portfolio reporting.
• Experience across Infrastructure Finance, Structured Finance, Leveraged Finance, IG corporate lending or GTB preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Credit Monitoring and Reviews: Prepare, coordinate and review quarterly and annual credit reviews for assigned portfolio names, including financial performance, rating considerations, risk trends, covenant compliance, collateral status and sector developments.
• Covenant, Collateral and Documentation Monitoring: Monitor covenants, reporting requirements, collateral deliverables, insurance requirements, financial statements and other obligations.
• Amendments, Waivers and Lifecycle Events: Support amendments, waivers, consents, extensions, restructurings and other lifecycle events through credit analysis and coordination.
• Portfolio Reporting and Governance: Prepare portfolio reporting, KPIs, KRIs, management updates and controls for leadership and regulatory stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Collaboration and Process Improvement: Work with Front Office, Credit, Risk, Operations and others to improve monitoring and reporting processes.
