Job summary

Banco Santander SA in Miami seeks a SCIB Portfolio Management Associate to support portfolio monitoring, credit reviews, financial spreading, covenant tracking, collateral monitoring and lifecycle credit administration across SCIB lending portfolios. Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of credit analysis, financial statements, portfolio monitoring, covenant tracking, collateral monitoring, and lending documentation.
• Exposure to Infrastructure Finance, Structured Finance, Leveraged Finance, IG or GTB preferred.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform financial spreading, covenant calculations and recurring portfolio tracking.
• Proficiency with credit, covenant, loan and reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare drafts and supporting analysis for quarterly and annual reviews, including borrower performance and risk commentary.
• Perform credit spreading, ratio analysis, variance analysis, and borrower updates using financial statements.
• Track covenants, collateral status, reporting deliverables and exception items; escalate as needed.
• Support amendments, waivers, extensions, and other lifecycle events; coordinate with relevant teams.
• Produce recurring portfolio reports, covenant dashboards, and monitoring updates for internal use.
