Santander US is seeking a Vice President in the SCIB COO Lending Solutions group to manage lending portfolios across Infrastructure, Structured and Leveraged Finance, with oversight of credit monitoring, covenant and collateral administration. You will coordinate across Front Office, Credit, Agency, Operations and Transaction Management to ensure timely reviews and robust governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong knowledge of CIB lending, credit analysis and portfolio management.
• Experience across Infrastructure Finance, Structured Finance, Leveraged Finance, IG corporate lending or GTB preferred.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, coordinate and review quarterly and annual credit reviews for assigned portfolio names, including financial performance, rating considerations, risk trends, covenant compliance, collateral status and sector developments.
• Perform credit spreading and financial analysis, including leverage and liquidity assessments.
• Support rating reviews, watchlist recommendations, exposure analysis and escalation of credit deterioration or emerging risks.
• Monitor covenants, collateral, reporting requirements and other ongoing obligations.
• Coordinate amendments, waivers, consents and lifecycle events through analysis and implementation tracking.
• Prepare portfolio reporting, KPIs, KRIs, and governance documentation for senior management and regulators.
