Role Description

The Vice-President for Global Market Growth is a full-time remote role responsible for driving international expansion and revenue growth across key markets. This position oversees global go-to-market strategies, identifies new market opportunities, and builds partnerships that advance Grow Fintech’s presence in the equity and investment advisory space. Day-to-day activities include analyzing market trends and performance data, collaborating with product, finance, and sales teams to align growth initiatives, and leading cross-functional projects that support client acquisition and retention. The role involves setting growth targets, monitoring execution against strategic plans, and mentoring regional leaders to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services and sustainable market impact.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret market data, evaluate growth opportunities, and support strategic decision-making.
• Demonstrated expertise in Finance and Trading, ideally within equities, capital markets, or fintech-focused investment services.
• Proven track record in Sales leadership, including building high-performing teams and scaling revenue across multiple geographies.
• Advanced Project Management capabilities to lead complex, cross-border initiatives from planning through execution.
